Job Description

In this role, you will also be responsible for creating innovative search strategies with the agency and client, identifying operational and strategic opportunities for growth and scaling best practices across all accounts, managing the agency relationship, ensuring operational excellence and coordinating across markets.

You will be asked to work with agencies to address account improvement opportunities and deploy training programs (often in collaboration with others in the team) to uplevel their knowledge and execution excellence. You are expected to lead Search-related conversations, both at practitioner and more strategic level, liaising with clients of all levels up to Marketing Director with a high degree of autonomy.

You may also be asked to take on duties managing the institutional relationship between the eam and the agencies, setting up the necessary processes and communication flows and collaterals to ensure a productive, effective relationship.

  • Identifying products & solutions to meet customer needs in line with business challenges(e.g. DSA, UAC)
  • Creation and own the implementation of regional search strategies (including category coverage)
  • Identifying and pitching relevant and available search territories to both agency and brands
  • Creating & scaling regional pitch decks (e.g.FY planning, Xmas strategies, etc...)
  • Ensuring alignment with agencies & implementation of approved strategies
  • Consulting product experts or specialist teams
  • Researching product information (e.g., SalesHub, Gurus)
  • Identify opportunities to maximize, optimize, and expand current performance, and work with market, programmatic account managers and/or agency teams to implement.
  • Coordinating with & reviewing work from internal support teams (e.g. CM, 1TL, gTech Specialists, approvals) for regional implementation
  • Monitoring revenue pacing and identify corrective measures towards growth
  • Relationship management of relevant stakeholders (agency+client) both at B/C-level and practitioner level
  • Discussing KPI performance and escalate reporting requirements
  • Regularly sharing knowledge (over email and in trainings) about tools, products and consumer trends
  • Work closely with other teams to drive the latest Search innovations and competitively position the search engine.
  • Preparing regional end of campaign reports & insights for customers (e.g. Black Friday, seasonal wraps)
  • Conducting ongoing regional data analysis & tracking for customers (e.g. budget burn)
  • Quarterly Business Reviews with customers
  • Creating strategic dashes & reports for customers (e.g. keyword coverage identification, competitive insights)
  • Reactively submitting & coordinating tickets for global/regional policy issues (e.g., regional compliance, risk)
  • Reactively submitting & coordinating tickets for regional billing issues (e.g. co-ordinating of consolidated invoicing)
  • Travel to clients & planning events
  • Conducting ad hoc analyses & reports for teams (but defined scope)
  • Proactively propose new opportunities for revenue growth, clearly justifying why they should be prioritized and how they could be executed
  • Internal monitoring, reporting on team revenue & activity
  • Channel management & data management
  • Improve internal search hub processes - work with the support teams to ensure a premium level of service for agencies and clients
  • Culture/Values doc implementation
