Job Description
  • Development and stability for assigned international accounts as measured specifically by profitable sales maintenance and growth;
  • Design and communication of strategic customer growth and partnership plans for assigned international accounts ensuring consistent collaboration and communication with assigned accounts;
  • Insulate the customer relationship from competitive threats by selling new innovation
  • Understand what customers want accomplish and how we can help with innovative ideas and solutions
  • Communicate customer business and operational needs to your partners
  • Guiding cross functional teams to execute world-class delivery of responses to bids and proposals to retain and grow Retail business;
  • Regular calls on assigned international accounts to develop and build rapport with all levels of the associates including headquarters, regional offices, franchisees, etc.;
  • Regular reporting of the results;
  • Attendance of the international corporate accounts meetings in person or via the teleconference for the purpose of updating and communicating progress made towards goals with assigned international corporate accounts;
  • Conduct periodic Executive Business Reviews to highlight what we has done, what we are going to do and the value that it brings their business
  • Use data as the basis for value conversations – demonstrate how using our products and services will translate to customers P&L
  • Look at every customer through the lens of Enterprise Selling and how you can achieve synergy growth with other divisions;
  • Build your relationships with the field by listening, providing ongoing coaching and development, and being willing to go the extra mile with them

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Proven track record in Account Management
  • Graduate level with 3+ years work-experience or 7+ years work-experience
  • Technical Background (education or work-experience)
  • Driving license, Office tools basic skills
  • Flexibility for travelling more than 50% of the working time
  • Proven previous experience as a high performing sales person
  • P&L understanding
  • Food Safety education or experience. Chemical industry segment is a benefit.
  • Demonstrated relationship management & consultative selling aptitude
  • Customer service skills with the ability to problem solve and devise customer solutions
  • Self-motivated with effective organizational/time management skills
  • Ability to target accounts and achieve results through an action plan
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Outlook
