Deliver the content marketing and communications development for the Recognition BCE squad.
Support the development and implementation of marketing activities to target customer segments across a number of channels.
Work with creative agency partners, to enable the delivery of forward-thinking marketing executions.
Make recommendations and optimisations to activity as required.
Ensure sign off and regulatory adherence to the financial promotions framework.
You’ll quickly become a key part of the team, running the delivery of valuable experiences that underpin how we support and recognise our customers.
You’ll also take the lead in challenging received wisdom and trying different ways to improve our working processes and practice.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Understanding of Retail and Consumer marketing communications with up to date market & marketing knowledge
Good communication and influencing skills
Delivers impactful communications
Understanding of multi-channels particularly the use of targeted media – paid and owned – predominantly email, direct mail and internet banking placements.
Understanding of regulatory environment with respect to Financial Promotions
Interpreting data effectively and making recommendations and optimisations to drive performance uplifts
