Job Description

Working from a blend of home, field and office, the role combines both the acquisition of new business, and effective client account management in order to successfully drive recurring revenues. You will be responsible for identifying leads and decision makers, introducing and positioning the range of services, and negotiating and closing opportunities. Sales and Account Management activities will be via telephone, email and face to face meetings, adopting the most appropriate and efficient approach for each customer and sales opportunity. You will be targeting senior managers and decision makers in corporate and SME companies, and the approach is professional and consultative, and requires a proactive approach to generating leads and opportunities through market research and networking activities. High levels of activity to build and maintain a strong pipeline of business will be key here, equally the ability to manage, develop and retain business that has been won.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Candidates will have proven Sales, Business Development, Account Management experience within B2B services, involving the self-generation, qualification and successful conversion of leads and business. You will be highly organised, diligent, and capable of working with autonomy and self-managing your time with customers effectively. The role offers the chance to grow and maintain a portfolio of business in a dynamic, supportive, and forward thinking business which rewards success.
