Job Description

You will work closely with and report directly to the CEO to drive improvements in reporting, budgeting & forecasting, analysis, financial and balance sheet controls and operational efficiency.
The organisation operates in commercial retail markets on an international scale so this will be a varied and challenging role that will include:

• P&Ls (weekly/monthly/annually)
• Cashflow forecasting
• Master invoicing
• Retailer commercial agreements / pricing agreements
• Pricing tracking
• Promotional tracking/ retro funding
• Invoice matching
• PO tracking
• Scenario planning for new retailers/ new markets
• Experience in exporting and implications from taxation/ currency/ duties
• SCM investment planning
• Shopify reporting
• Retailer sell out pivot tables and reporting

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Part (or fully) qualified CIMA / ACCA/ qualified by experience
• Experience of working with corporate group structures, in multiple currencies.
• Experience of working with budgets and forecasting.
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong analytical, literacy and numeracy skills and demonstrate excellent attention to detail.
• A fast learner and someone who enjoys working in a fast paced environment.
• Driven and ambitious to succeed.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Motivated to build strong internal and external business relationships.
• Good organisational skills.
