Job Description

• Accurately prepare budgets, forecasts and monthly management accounts. Any discrepancies must be identified and rectified swiftly.
• Be a key figure-head in advising budget holders and project managers to ensure that correct decisions are made.
• Have an active role in analysis and reporting the effectiveness of various operational activities.
• Work closely with the financial accounting team to ensure the accurate recordings of transactions.
• Ability to build strong relationships, with budget and project managers.
• Working with external stakeholders, internal auditors, suppliers and customers.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

2 years experience at a management accountant level. Part-Qualified ACCA, CIMA, ACA - must be an active studier. Ability to solve complex problems with an analytical view. Ability to collate and interpret operational and financial data. Strong communication skills. Strong Excel skills - VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables. Experience of SUN system is preferable.
