Own and manage the regulatory and safety provisions affecting the Company's product range, for example Machinery Directives, CE and ad hoc international compliance
Identify new international standards relevant to the Company and implement accordingly.
Improve, maintain and manage the existing Quality Management System and Company Operational Handbook
Work with a range of external consultants with specific domain knowledge in key areas.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience within a similar position from a manufacturing environment
Expertise and knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice.
Qualifications or experience in internal auditing relevant to ISO9001, ISO13485 and ISO45001, ISO 27001.
Proven history of compliance to UK OHS Law including but not limited to: HASWA, MHSWR, COSHH, PUWER, LOLER, Pressure Safety Systems, DSE, First Aid, Ionising Radiations, RIDDOR, PPE, REACH, Fire Safety Reform.
A good understanding of other Standards relating to Business Continuity, GDPR, Environment (e.g. ISO 14001, ISO 22301).
