Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• A bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
• Graduated through the trade qualification system reaching management level
• Experience working with Data Centres or substations
• Broad experience in technology
• Good critical judgement and effective problem solving skills
• Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organizational skills
• High energy and passionate on customer care
• Customer focused to deliver solutions that make a lasting impact
• Excellent communication skills to build lasting relationships
• A flexible approach to workload deadlines
• Knowledge of the key players in the industry would be advantageous
• Demonstrated experience building and maintaining relationships with end customers
• Experience with the equipment and installation required for Data Centre customers
• Self starter with drive and initiative to manage all aspects for the business
• Team motivator with experience inspiring a team around you to deliver the best results
