Job Description
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Identify and pitch cross-sell and upsell opportunities
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Prepare reports on account status

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Proven experience as Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager
  • Skilled in communicating, presenting and influencing key stakeholders at all levels of an organization
  • Proven ability to manage multiple account management projects simultaneously, whilst maintaining acute attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport easily with others
  • Completed BA/BS Degree in Business Administration or Sales
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with strong business acumen
