Order processing, maintenance and administration of price files, promotion calendars, management and recording of claims etc.
Review of forecasted demand plan and stock availability to maintain service level
Following up on all customer claims and ensuring timely payment of all invoices and issuing of credit notes
Monitor and co-ordinate customer satisfaction and complaints
Prepare monthly/weekly reports for the sales team ensuring the accuracy of data in conjunction with manager
Prepare presentations and collect market data including both desk and field market research
Proactively assist with processes (New line forms, pricing set up, code management)
Proactively contribute to the sales/order closing process with existing accounts
Build positive relationship with all accounts and contribute to good account management by driving solution of day to day customer issues
Coordination and management of continuous improvement projects
Flexibility in carrying out other tasks and responsibilities which may arise in order to achieve the overall purpose and success of the sales team

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and time management capability.
Full fluency in English language both written and spoken
Excellent administration skills: Full competency required in all MS office applications: MS Excel (intermediate/advanced), PowerPoint (intermediate/advanced) Word, MS Teams
Ability to work on own initiative to find solutions to day to day issues that arise as part of the sales/order process
Ability to review and analyze data and prepare reports
Excellent customer relationship skills, self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Full driver’s license
Experience in a similar role demonstrating above capabilities
Knowledge of Foodservice sales, supply chain and customer service environment an advantage
Experience in supply chain management an advantage
Knowledge of reporting tools and data management applications an advantage
