Job Description
  • Enter and code financial transactions appropriately this includes:
  • Process credit card transaction through Expensify
  • Process and code invoices within Paperless/Sage
  • Issue invoices to customers based on services rendered and/or goods sold
  • Process and collate invoices required for Aircraft Owner billing
  • Make and track payments
  • Completing bank reconciliations when required

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple commitments
  • Experience working within a Finance team.
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong knowledge of Sage, Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Knowledge of Expensive and Paperless, preferred but not essential
  • Qualified or studying AAT, preferred but not essential
