Job Description

You will be a natural networker who is confident forging collaborative relationships both with the team members and customers across different divisions and geographies. This role will have full accountability for territory sales revenue budget achievement within the relevant sector private and multi-tenancy property managed commercial property/real estate sector.

  • You will have a track record of success in new business and account management focused solution sales.
  • You will be a skilled communicator with impeccable verbal and written English with the ability to adapt your tone and style to suit a variety of levels.
  • You will have an interest or previous background working in property technology, business communications or related services.
  • You will be commercially focused with a solid grasp of marketing strategies and over-arching business objectives.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Successful track record in driving revenue growth and profitability.
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Proven ability to articulate the unique selling points of Packcity products and services.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Superb verbal and written communications skills.
  • Good numeracy skills for working with financial business models.
  • A background in or significant experience of the B2B / B2C /C2C parcel delivery sector
  • Knowledge of the Real Estate sector
  • SFDC knowledge
