Job Description

Your knowledge of online media combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities shapes how new and existing businesses grow. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of our key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. 

• Manage a portfolio of businesses by understanding growth drivers, identifying opportunities for growth, managing risks and creating multi-quarter plans for achievement.
• Craft data-driven pitches to showcase the insights and value we provides to clients and competitive differentiation, driving budget shifts to us across our product mix.
• Build long-term joint business plans with agencies and strategic clients and promote through transformational agreements.
• Prioritize and deliver an outstanding customer experience to our advertisers.
• Coach and be a role model to less tenured sales people in the organization proactively to create skill lift that drives client growth and contributes to overall team success.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• Experience in sales or marketing or media account management
• Ability to speak and write in English and Dutch fluently
• Experience creating and building C-Level relationships with traditional companies
• Experience meeting goals within a sales portfolio, and employing sales techniques, including effective questioning, objection handling, competitive selling
• Experience managing a sales portfolio in business development, client relationship and servicing skills, and solution-based selling
• Knowledge of traditional and online marketing strategy and tactics
• Ability to leverage business acumen to strategically assess and help address client needs
• Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to lead and manage multiple projects with a broad range of internal and external constituents simultaneously
