Reporting into the Financial Operations Manager this role will take responsibility for the following -
- Prepare the UK and Irish payroll for circa 450 employees
- Manage all aspects of the UK payroll including processing joiners/leavers, year end reporting, P11D reporting and processing of bonuses
- Day to day management of payroll aspects relating to employee schemes/arrangements
- Ensure all tax efficient benefits/providers are legally compliant
- Work closely with HR to manage the collection of all required inputs relating to the UK payroll.
