Brand Recruitment are currently looking for an Operations Team Assistant to join our Cambridge based team. The role would suit a recent graduate or college leaver who is based locally to our South Cambridge office and an enthusiastic, ambitious - a ‘people’s person’ looking to work in a varied role with good long-term prospects.

Working as part of the Operations Team at Brand, your remit will surround the candidate registration process including assisting in new candidate registrations, posting current positions onto online job boards, candidate searches and maintaining the database. The team are also involved in a variety of other activities including managing our social media pages, sending out mailshots and generally supporting the various processes inherent to the efficient operation of the business. This is a busy, lively environment with long-term opportunities and a clear career path. Current Brand employees who joined the company in this role have gone on to specialise in various roles within the business such as HR and marketing as well as recruitment consultancy.
