Job Description

This role will see you providing full administration to support to Mortgage and Financial Advisers and delivering a high level of service to clients. Key for this role is team fit; therefore, we are looking for a professional and positive individual who is competent and hard-working.
Duties include but not limited to –

  • First point of contact for incoming client queries, via telephone and email.
  • Meet and greet clients.
  • Research and collate information and documentation via different systems for financial reports.
  • Request policy information from third parties.
  • Collection relevant information from the client, ensuring all compliance information is updated and correct.
  • Preparing letters and reports for the client as per the Advisers instructions.
  • Obtain information, quotes, and product details.
  • Maintaining company records and other ad-hoc administration.

We are looking for someone with strong attention to detail and level of accuracy. You will have excellent time-management and communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in MS Office products and IT literacy is essential. Fantastic opportunity for someone looking for progression opportunities, with further qualifications and training supported.
