Job Description

We’re looking for a motivated self-starter who has a consultative sales approach, provides an outstanding customer experience, has excellent commercial acumen and offers polished presentation skills. You'll be single-handedly managing an inbound and outbound pipeline of sales opportunities across a very large customer base.

• Create and execute a territory plan to achieve your quota.
• Quickly gain a strong understanding of the Zendesk platform and customer needs.
• Learn and deliver value focused product demos.
• Own the full sales cycle from discovery to signature.
• Effectively collaborate with sales managers and cross-functional partners.
• Manage an inbound and outbound pipeline of sales opportunities across a very large customer base.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Fluency in business level English and Swedish.
• SaaS closing experience in a fast paced environment.
• A top performer with a history of success.
• Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills with the ability to multitask.
• A history of successfully managing a high volume of opportunities at all times.
• A can-do attitude, creative mindset and motivated with the ability to work on your own initiative.
• You thrive in a startup environment; move quickly, think strategically and superb at tactical execution.
