Job Description

The ideal candidate should be apt in building strong relationships with strategic customers and be able to identify needs and requirements to promote the company’s solutions and achieve mutual satisfaction. The goal of the position is to contribute to sustaining and growing the business to achieve long-term success.

  • Overall responsibility for customer competence and satisfaction with the product range
  • Collaboration with Account Management leadership to define a territory-wide commercial and logistical strategy
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key hospital stakeholders
  • Leverage key stakeholder relationships to maximize the commercial viability of each account
  • Manage customer requirements effectively, and where appropriate improve and increase the scope of the product offering they are utilizing

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Proven medical device sales experience within the Critical Care, Respiratory, Neonatal fields
  • Successful track record of medical devices or consumables and/or operating theatre equipment sales
  • Deep understanding and successful track record to integrate various sales strategies
  • Proven experience in key account management, including business administrative procedures.
  • Education to Degree level or equivalent
  • Willingness and drive to work autonomously
