Job Description

You will manage and execute numerous projects by providing tailored business solutions and aid in the development of their business functions. You will work with firms across all sectors facilitating custom solutions via their pool of specialized experts.

  • Relationship building with your key assigned client base, getting a good understanding of their business needs and advising them of business consultancy options available.
  • Ability to understand our business proposals and pitch solutions, reviewing success, recommending changes and solutions if necessary.
  • Managing multiple complex projects and ensuring all client requirements are serviced.
  • Providing an excellent support to both in-house experts/consultants and clients.
  • Being proactive in your approach and getting to understand your clients and their relevant sectors.
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders to commercially understand your client’s businesses and adapting and researching new solutions to achieve commercial success.
  • Working in a deadline driven environment and understanding how to prioritize tasks on a daily and weekly basis.
  • Taking full accountability for the end-to-end service to each of your key accounts.
  • Following all SOP’s ensuring that you are fully compliant and adhere to any SLA’s agreed with relevant parties.
  • Adhoc project management.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Fluent English and French
  • Degree Qualified
  • 2+ years’ experience in an account executive/management role, event management, sales management, customer service, recruitment, or business development.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent problem-Solving skill and adaptable
