Job Description

We are looking for someone who has a well-rounded understanding of the billing lifecycle including tariffs, pricing, generating consumptions and billing regulations. You'll work closely with the product managers, design teams and engineers to provide billing expertise allowing teams to work faster and stretch thinking to shape the future of products being delivered. You'll also help run key projects relating to accurate and complete billing and defining our products.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• A few years experience in billing operations (ideally a subject matter expert experience in an operational role or energy retailer consultancy)
• Knowledge of licensing in the energy industry.
• Be a self-starter, you'll be someone who is comfortable hitting the ground running.
• Some experience of working with product managers would be a bonus.
