Job Description

The successful candidate will build relationships and project manage to deliver on partner & client requirements.

  • Build & drive commercial relationships across multiple levels with our Strategic Partners and National Enterprise Agencies
  • Develop, manage and monitor programmes and projects with our Partners and their clients.
  • Prioritize and manage expectations among all internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure a strategic and an innovative approach in the programs created in response to our Partner and Client Company briefs and collaborating with internal teams to create proposals.
  • Provide hands-on oversight and work closely across our multiple functions to achieve cohesive execution of new growth initiatives.
  • Identify, qualify and secure business development opportunities (upsell and cross-sell).
  • Refine and amplify our strategic Partner and Client Company value proposition.
  • Create an integrated communications plan and collateral to create awareness among various stakeholders.
  • Create customized reports to track success of our Partner and Clients account strategy.
  • Develop a strategic partner journey and deliver a best-in-class experience.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5+ years' experience in account management and/or business development
  • Project Management experience.
  • Strong cross-functional collaborator, experience with complex organizations.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to network, build relationships and engage effectively with, and influence, stakeholders at all levels of seniority.
  • Ability to think strategically and innovatively, yet detail-oriented and driven by data.
  • Ability to deliver excellent service, while ensuring commercial focus.
  • A self-starter with a desire for ownership and commitment to the job.
  • Promoter of quality through continuous performance improvement.
