The ideal AGM will be looking for a role where they can grow and develop to General Manager, you will work with the owners and directors and have a hands on input into the running of the restaurant and direction of food and service.
You will be responsible for managing, training & coaching a team of up to 8 Front of House Staff catering to over 500 covers a week. You will come from a sales and customer focused background, where you can use your skills and experience to maximise the enjoyment and experience of the customer.
