Job Description

It is envisaged that the successful candidate will Support the Site Manager in ensuring that the on-site Construction team is fully resourced and well-directed, with clear guidelines to their own job responsibilities, and are provided with full support in achieving these, in terms of communication, training and development, and the organisation of the site's workload and resources. The ideal candidate will be based in the Cambridgeshire area and will hold up to date certificates (CSCS/SSSTS)

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Previous Housebuilding experience
• Based within commuting distance of Cambridge
• Must be confident to work within a team on large developments
• Must hold a full drivers licence and relevant qualifications.
