In your new role your duties will include the calculation and processing of all pay related items including all occupational/statutory elements such as sickness and maternity pays. You will facilitate new employee data within the Corporate HR/Payroll system including pre-employment processes such as Disclosure and Baring Service (DBS) checks.
You will provide support and assistance to employees and managers on all pay related aspects whilst adhering to current legislations. You will have the flexibility to use your initiative and creativity to work on solutions to improve processes and the service offered to stakeholders.
