The Support Services Assistant will help with the set-up of conference rooms. This will including the laying out of furniture and the provision of AV equipment as well as ensuring the rooms are clean and tidy.
You will also help with all aspects of administration and organisation of both external and internal events.
In addition, you will move items of furniture from storage or other rooms or designated locations for conference guests and will then return items to normal layout after use.
The successful applicant will need to have some IT skills and be physically able to move furniture.
