Job Description
You will take on the management of a varied portfolio, managing a client portfolio, covering a wide range of business sectors. This will be with an accounts/tax and all round service provision focus, across wide ranging clients. You will manage and oversee the delivery of accounting, taxation and other services and provide business advice, managing staff, workload and budgets and work closely with partners on a wide range of advisory project work. Alongside this, a key part of your role will involve developing the team, acting as a key support to the directors and building client relationships and looking to further the growth and development of the firms client base and department. The opportunity provides a genuine opportunity to progress and carve a caree path within a highly successful, growing and reputable firm of chartered accountants.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You will be ACA/ACCA qualified, or equivalent with a career background and strength within accounts/tax and all around, general accountancy practice service delivery to wide ranging sole trade, partnership and limited company clients, developed within an accountancy practice firm environment. You will have developed your career to Managerial levels and be looking to take your career to the next level as this firms Accounts / Tax and General Business Services Manager, within a firm and role where you can see a genuine clear progression and development path on offer.
