This role would suit someone with PCB assembly experience who wants to get more involved in the admin side of the business. Working within a small team you will be responsible for the following duties: -
Being the main point of contact in the UK office for email/phone call PCB enquiries
Quoting customer for the PCB jobs
Carrying out PCB assembly jobs as per customer requirements
Maintaining contact with customers regarding current PCB job enquiries
Maintaining internal customer databases
Contacting customers regarding future PCB order requirements
Assisting the office manager with any admin duties such as inputting invoices onto the finance system, running monthly sales reports, sending monthly invoices to the factory, ordering stationery.
Processing and dispatching customer orders in line with company SLAs
Ensuring import duty payments are made for incoming parcels
Weekly check of dispatched orders and liaising with couriers to resolve delays/queries
