• Assisting with the co-ordination of project schedules, resources, equipment and information
• Supporting the Project Manager with day-to-day tasks, project planning and performing administrative duties as necessary
• Monitoring the progress of projects, keeping up to date with all notable developments
• Attending meetings as required. Including R&D Engineers, QC, product managers and production engineering
• Ensure that all tasks are assigned and being progressed and completed by the required date, including all supporting documentation
• Provide administrative support, documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings
• Supporting the closure of projects, preparing for project gate reviews
• Previous experience within an Administration Support role
• Some exposure a role working within an electro-mechanical background would be desirable but not essential
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office
• Outstanding communication and organisational skills
• The ability to multi task and work well under pressure
• The ability to communicate effectively across many levels
