Job Description

You will use their organizational and interpersonal skills to ensure that the day to day activities run smoothly and are optimized to deliver the best outcomes for the finance for the future project stakeholders.

  • Using your excellent organization skills arrange meetings and activities which support the work of the Director ensuring actions and communications are delivered in a timely fashion and followed up to resolution
  • Participate in design workshops when appropriate to support the detailed requirements gathering process, following up on actions as required
  • Support the change request approval process to help ensure proposals are properly documented and consulted to enable effective review and approval
  • Support the development reviews of new functionality based on requirements to document and ensure that there is appropriate business stakeholder input
  • Help the project team in finding subject matter expertise and input from across the finance teams to support the preparation and implementation phases
  • Participate in user acceptance testing
  • Using your influencing skills help to identify and engage with the resources required to deliver business readiness activities
  • Help to execute the business readiness activities as required to support a smooth implementation
  • Be an outspoken advocate of the programme’s benefits throughout the project lifecycle

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Minimum of 3 years administration experience
  • Experience of being part of projects or other improvement initiatives which involved engaging others to making changes
  • Experience of assessing, documenting and implementing processes
  • Previous change project experience
  • Experience working across different countries
  • Strong academic background, educated to degree level
  • Ability to build relationships, inspire trust and influence others
  • Delivers on time to quality with a high degree of accuracy
  • Independent, proactive individual able to manage own workload
  • Strong IT skills including excel, and confident on various management reporting systems
  • Interest in developing excellent problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills; ability to explain information clearly, succinctly and correctly verbally and in writing
  • A team player with a proven ability to collaborate and work well with individuals and groups at all levels
