Job Description
In this role, you will build strong relationships with stakeholders and across departments. You will be responsible for modified work streams, to develop, improve and review processes and encourage compliance and efficiency to ensure good growth.
- Lead bespoke work streams to improve or transform processes
- Development, implementation, maintenance, documentation, and improvement of robust processes and internal controls
- Development and maintenance of performance reporting
- Monitoring of metrics to identify areas needing improvement and work with Functional Heads to implement
- Working with Group Reporting and Treasury to support projects for legal and regulatory changes
- Legal merger and asset hive-up management and support
