As the Transactional Finance Team Leader you will act as the second in command to the Shared Services Delivery Manager to be responsible for:
-Day to day supervision and management of the transactional finance team including sales ledger, purchase ledger, payroll and treasury teams.
-The development of processes and procedures, ensuring a slick and efficient service is provided at all times.
-Deal with all escalated queries from the team.
-Ensure an excellent level of customer service is provide to all clients, suppliers and employees.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

-Will be an excellent people manager and will be able to demonstrate the ability to motivate and develop teams ideally in a shared services environment -Experience in purchase ledger, sales ledger and payroll -Excellent communication skills -Great systems and process improvement skills
