Job Description

This role would suit someone with PCB assembly experience who wants to get more involved in the admin side of the business. Working within a small team you will be responsible for the following duties: -

  • Being the main point of contact in the UK office for email/phone call PCB enquiries
  • Quoting customer for the PCB jobs
  • Carrying out PCB assembly jobs as per customer requirements
  • Maintaining contact with customers regarding current PCB job enquiries
  • Maintaining internal customer databases
  • Contacting customers regarding future PCB order requirements
  • Assisting the office manager with any admin duties such as inputting invoices onto the finance system, running monthly sales reports, sending monthly invoices to the factory, ordering stationery.
  • Processing and dispatching customer orders in line with company SLAs
  • Ensuring import duty payments are made for incoming parcels
  • Weekly check of dispatched orders and liaising with couriers to resolve delays/queries

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

The ideal candidate will be computer literate, have excellent communication skills, a high level of accuracy and great attention to detail. You will need to be comfortable managing a variety of tasks, training and support will be provided.
