As the incoming Finance Assistant, you will be tasked with the following responsibilities, including but not limited to:
- Processing supplier invoices
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Sending remittances
- Processing BAC's payments and payment runs
- Assisting with month end duties
- Additional ad hoc and admin tasks as required by your line manager
As the successful candidate, you will ideally have experience working in a similar finance position before. Excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritise your workload are key to be successful in this position. Additional attributes that are considered desirable include:
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel
- Willingness to learn new skills
- Good organisational skills
