Job Description

You will be responsible for coordinating social, environmental and sustainability projects. We are looking for someone who is a strong communicator who will liaise effectively with internal and external partners to develop and maintain the best possible strategy.

• Diversity and inclusion initiatives
• Collaborating with relevant departments to create marketing and PR campaigns for internal and external communications
• Identifying relevant stakeholders and monitoring their requirements and expectations of company
• Working with our representatives of various departments and international headquarters in Germany on projects and KPIs

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the field of CSR / Sustainability
• Experience in project management
• Third-level degree is essential
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Proficient Microsoft Office skills
• Recognized project management qualification (PMP or similar) is desirable
• Open-minded and flexible
• Adaptable to different work situations
• German is an advantage but not essential
• Full driving license is essential
