Job Description
You will be a specialist for hiring operations, ensuring a seamless, candidate-centered hiring process. You'll be responsible for keeping the interviewing processes organized and efficient while actively maintaining clear lines of communication with recruiters, hiring managers, researchers, hiring committees and candidates (from entry-level to executive leadership hires). You will work on improving both operational efficiencies and candidate experience to contribute to the overall success of the Staffing team across the world.
- Act as the main go-to person for Staffing teams and Associate Leads in Staffing Operations.
- Influence internal clients on creating an efficient interviewing process and effective use of interviewing resources.
- Be the regional subject matter expert and counterpart to program managers (e.g. for Space Planning, Candidate Travel and Tools) and partner with Business Operations and Enablement on newly emerging improvement efforts and programs.
- Own and drive high impact projects or programs with responsibility to set objectives, manage the team involved, and report on progress and final results.
- Identify and drive holistic process improvements which will streamline efforts and increase overall productivity and/or improve candidate/internal customer experience.
