This role suits a proper up and comer with ambition, you'll be studying towards your CIMA or ACCA qualification at the moment, with the desire to join somewhere which values your growth and invests in your future. They have two recent success stories of now long serving members of the team, who came through their system as part-qual, were supported through to fully-qualified and have gone from strength to strength within the business.

You need to be well versed in Management Accounts preparation and have a drive to learn new, complex accountancy practices. You will gain exposure to a wide variety of functions such as CAPEX, costing and labour recovery. A drive to learn is imperative as the business is very fast paced.

Key responsibilities include:

• Weekly flash reporting
• Ownership of P & L, liaising with operations managers on this
• Creation of Management Account packs
• Continuous improvement of ERP system
• Work with manager on site improvements to operations through financial advice
