Job Description

· Sales Assistant duties include opening the store, cleaning, counting cupcakes and cakes, preparing the store for trade, sales and closing the store. The goal is to provide high class customer service and ensure that customers leave our store satisfied.

· Team members are expected to work a range of shifts throughout the week.

· A full time Sales Assistant can always expect to have a minimum of 40 hours per week.

· You are paid weekly, directly into your bank account, receiving your payslip on a Tuesday, and payment every Thursday.

· We place an emphasis on helping our employees acquire the experience and knowledge needed to progress up the ladder, most of our managers started as team members.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

· A passion for customer service

· A positive can-do attitude

· Enjoy having fun with customers and enjoying the buzz of a busy store

· Flexibility to work various shifts

· Basic administration skills

· You will need to have and present the correct right to work documents for working in the UK to be employed.
