We are looking for candidates who have a friendly nature, who will welcome our clients who visit the Cambridge office in a professional and courteous manner. You will ideally have a previous working background within a customer facing environment, ideally front of house, with good IT skills, ideally in Microsoft Outlook and Word. Full training will be given to the successful candidate on all our internal systems.
Credible customer service skills are key to the success of this role , candidates from the hospitality/retail industry who already have gained skills in Customer Service and looking to change their working hours to a Monday to Friday role would be very suitable for this role, and we would welcome your application as well as any candidate with skills in this area.
