Job Description

The Solution Analyst is required to have detailed knowledge of a specific area(s) of our delivered business processes within People and Finance and a generalist appreciation of the wider business process areas. Predominantly supporting your assigned Solution Delivery Lead, you will be engaged in problem solving, business process engineering, standard operating procedures, and administration. 

  • Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for the end to end processes within your subject area(s) ensuring they are reflected within e-learning content
  • Ensuring compliance to the delivered solution by partnering with operational team leads providing any necessary support and business process governance
  • Administration of Fusion Financials and Human Capital Management including security console and role grants
  • Provide cover for Solution Analysts across all Finance and People disciplines supporting the wider solutions teams as required
  • From time to time you may be asked to complete activities and duties outside of this job description that aid the smooth running of the wider team and finance function.

  • Knowledge and experience of payroll processes
  • Knowledge and experience of Time and Attendance solution
  • Strong understanding of financial controls and GDPR and their application within business processes
  • Future thinking with and curious and open mind
