Ensure day to day service delivery by completing/monitoring workloads and advancing issues that could affect delivery targets to the Management Team
Understand the boundaries of service delivery to the client. Where issues arise that are within remit, take ownership and seek to resolve them.
Displays a “can do” mentality to handling own workload to be able to assist other team members to achieve the team objectives
To complete, select and import daily bank statement, Daily reconciliations of Drawing Account, Banking Customer Receipts and Build and Post Journal Entries.
Ability to follow and achieve performance targets.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Good Microsoft Word and Excel skills
Ability to priorities workload to achieve targets with support where required
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely
