Job Description
You will resolve unique legal challenges, scale and streamline complex workflows, provide outstanding customer support, educate internal stakeholders, and improve the copyright experience for our users. You will build your technical skills and apply them to data-driven problem solving.
- Process escalated copyright takedown requests, counter notifications, and other related requests such as appeals of enforcement action from sensitive entities
- Coordinate a variety of cross-functional stakeholders to align decisions and communications for novel legal fact patterns
- Respond to internal and external customer inquiries regarding our copyright compliance processes, including those from senior stakeholders
- Design and drive policy and process improvements to scale our operations and enhance operational efficiency and quality
- Develop educational materials to improve both internal and external customer experience
