Job Description
- Ability to respond to service demands of Brokers, Policy Owners, Annuitants etc.
- Ability to build relationships with Brokers and Broker Consultants as well as own and other Teams to deliver service
- Be responsible for ensuring that transactions are completed within specified timeframes and to the required quality levels
- Protect Customers and company by ensuring that all regulatory and compliance requirements are met
- Deal with Customer complaints by knowing and following complaints processes
- Priorities and manage work queue to meet varying needs of Team and Customers
- Work closely with other members of the Team and offer support as needed
- Supporting the Team Leader in providing excellent customer service at all times.
- You will also be responsible for liaising with other internal departments in dealing with ongoing queries.
