Job Description
- Answering and fielding calls;
- Dealing with clients and their queries;
- Greeting clients;
- Managing appointments;
- Scanning/photocopying/filing/opening files;
- Dealing with post;
- Providing secretarial support to solicitors in the practice;
- General office administration.
