The Restructuring Manager in London will hold the following responsibilities:
Work on cross border matters involving the USA, Caribbean, Africa and Asia
Manage day to day engagements such as voluntary and official liquidations, valuations and forensic accounting assignments
Analysis of books/ records, management of creditor claims and investigation of fund flows
Working with creditors/ clients as well as external advisors such as consultants, auditors and lawyers
Establishing and developing relationships with potential and current clients

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
CA or relevant professional accountancy qualification Minimum of 4 - 6 years relevant work experience including insolvency, restructuring and associated investigations Strong commercial acumen Ability to practically apply knowledge to identify issues and solve complex problems Strong financial, business analytical / report writing skills Excellent communication skills
