Job Description

You will need to show us that you have:

  • An understanding of end-to-end Card Operations workflows for Fraud Disputed Transactions process and the overall Customer Chargeback process.
  • Proven ability to be accountable for the completion of defined procedures
  • Card Operations experience – preferably with experience of TSYS and Visa systems.
  • Have a strong customer focus & understand how processes directly affect our customers
  • The ability to work as part of a team in a hybrid working environment, with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to manage your own workload while contributing positively to the wider Card Operations Team
  • Identify, escalate and resolve card transaction issues, working collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external correspondent banking relationships.
  • A willingness to develop, cross train, be agile in your support to the team and have a growth mind-set
  • Suggest, drive and deliver on process improvements within Card Operations.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

We are looking for an experienced candidates to join our Card Operations team. This is an exciting and constantly evolving area where we manage customer card transactions and requests across multiple jurisdictions. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experience by ensuring all our customer card transaction request/queries are completed without delay and all customer investigations are completed in the most efficient manner. The successful candidate will responsible for completing established procedures while also contributing process improvement ideas and following them through from end-to-end.
