Job Description

Your main task will be the ownership and production of a comprehensively reconciled balance sheet pack each month, including ownership of one of the more complex or material areas of reconciliation, providing clear and actionable P&L explanation and commentary and balance sheet reconciliations. You will also oversee a small finance team. Ideally you will be able to demonstrate solid management accounting experience, strong people management skills including conducting 1-2-1/performance meetings. Our client is seeking an individual brimming with positivity, is ready to get involved and wants to grow by steering the ship and championing areas in projects and training opportunities. This role will involve remote working with the view of working in the office 2 days a week but can be more according to individual preferences.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or equivalent experience
• Line management experience
• Strong commercial exposure
• Content operating in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment where flexibility is key
• Excellent IT skills including advanced Excel, and confident on various management reporting systems
• Excellent interpersonal skills
