Job Description

You will provide a wide ranging, comprehensive and effective Administration Service. You will act as a point of contact for internal customers to the Finance Team on a wide variety of onboarding, engagement and administrative activities including day-to-day apprenticeship scheme queries. This role will also involve Finance Project & Corporate initiative support.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Educated to at least GCSE standard, including English and Mathematics.
  • High level of attention to detail and high level of Accuracy with good Data Entry Skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and work unsupervised.
  • Previous experience of working independently and able to use initiative to problem solve.
  • Experienced at working well under pressure, with good organizational skills to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to deal with confidential information and maintain confidentiality.
  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to deal confidently with all members of the Finance function
