Carrying out internal audits of Payroll & Expenses processes to ensure compliance within the business. Reporting directly to the Payroll Manager the Payroll reporting & governance lead will ensure timely and accurate completion of all Payroll reporting & governance tasks including query resolution, monthly reporting tasks, and payroll issue management activity. You will govern all aspects of payroll processing ensuring adherence to both legislation and company policy. This role will also lead will oversee the activity of the team resources identifying development opportunities as well as opportunities for optimization of both systems and processes. It will be your responsibility to become the expert in both issue and risk management, and governance, and to be the go-to person for the team.
