Job Description

The key responsibilities of the Immediately Available Payroll Manager include but are not limited to:

  • Responsible managing the company payroll
  • Prepare HMRC and third party payments, ensuring deadlines are met
  • Administer employee benefit arrangements
  • Manage relationships with external providers
  • Answer all payroll related queries efficiently and in a timely manner
  • Prepare and upload the monthly payroll journals to the company accounts system, reconcile balance sheet accounts at month end
  • Provide information and reconciliations to auditors as required
  • Continually look to improve procedure and develop payroll policies

You will have experience managing a large payroll and implementing change in the form of new systems and processes.
