Job Description

Your day to day tasks will include invoice processing, maintaining supplier data by creating and amending supplier upon client authorization, supplier investigation and validating payment requests. We aren't looking for a long list of experience, but if you have great organization skills, a keen eye to detail and enjoy working in a fast pace environment then this could be the role for you! 

  • Matching, processing and payment of large quantities of invoices for a wide number of clients
  • To schedule and priorities allocated work daily
  • Distribute information and when required, work to the other team members or groups.
  • Support line management on any additional admin when required.
  • Collaborate closely with internal/external clients.
  • Maintain and update information held on an internal data base or manually.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Excellent communicator and great customer service skills
  • Effective teammate and be able to maintain good relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Accurate and timely delivery of tasks to meet SLAs
  • Effective problem solver.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Good understanding Microsoft Office and experience using internal systems
  • Previous finance administration or invoicing experience
